"1858" | Spumante Brut Metodo Classico | Branchini 1858
Refined pleasure of harmonious bubbles – festive and unexpected.
Description
Born in the historic lands between Romagna and Emilia, home to outstanding food and wine traditions, 1858 is an elegant interpretation of the Albana grape. This Metodo Classico Spumante celebrates the year of the estate’s first harvest, 1858, embodying heritage while embracing a contemporary style.
With its fine perlage, crisp freshness, and balanced structure, 1858 Brut is a sparkling revelation: festive, surprising, intimate — like an unexpected encounter or a heartfelt toast.
Vinification & Aging
Hand-picked grapes are carefully selected in early September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to create the base wine. The second fermentation occurs in bottle following the Metodo Classico, with an average aging of 30 months on the lees.
