About the wine
24 Carati is crafted from 100% Aglianico, carefully selected from vineyards in Torrecuso (400 m), located in the heart of the Parco Regionale Taburno-Camposauro. The soil is limestone-clay, with vines averaging 20 years of age. Grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed. Vinification takes place in purity, with 20 days of maceration on the skins and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine is then aged 24 months in oak barrels and refined for 6 months in bottle.
