On the clayey, mineral-rich soils of the Piave D.O.C. area, vines have been cultivated since pre-Roman times. Here, Cabernet has found its ideal home, adapting perfectly and expressing itself in this great wine.

Vinification
After soft destemming and crushing, the grapes macerate on the skins for 15 days at a temperature of 23–25°C. The wine then rests in stainless steel tanks for 12 months before bottling.

Nose: A bouquet of small red fruits such as blackberry, currant and raspberry, with light spicy hints finishing in a pleasant herbal note

Palate: Flavorful, well-structured, with soft tannins and delicate notes of freshly cut grass
Pairings
A perfect match with oven-roasted veal, the great Italian Sunday classic. Excellent also with meat ragù, game dishes, or grilled beef steaks. Fantastic to enjoy at a barbecue with friends!
