Vinification

Hand-harvested grapes are delicately pressed. Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at 15°C. The sparkling process is conducted using the Charmat Method at low temperatures.

• Nose: Ripe, juicy apple and pear aromas with a delicate almond note, harmonized with the finesse of acacia flowers

• Palate: The fine and persistent bubbles envelop the palate with a soft, velvety embrace of great harmony

Ideal for celebrations, it pairs beautifully from aperitif to dessert. Enjoy with Parmesan wafers, ricotta and cherry tomatoes, Sicilian lemon risotto with baby squid, grouper fillets with caramelized figs, and finish with the unmissable tiramisù.
