Description
Integrale Verde is a lively natural sparkling wine made from native organic grapes grown in the hills between Asolo and Valdobbiadene. This area is world-famous for Prosecco, but also home to many other varieties such as Glera, Garganega, Raboso and Tai. With respect for tradition and an eye for modern winemaking, a fresh and surprising wine was born.
What is Pet-Nat?
Pet-Nat stands for Pétillant Naturel, literally “naturally sparkling.” It is the oldest method of making sparkling wine: the wine is bottled while fermentation is still ongoing. This creates the bubbles naturally, without a second fermentation or additives. The result is a pure, unfiltered and lively wine with a light cloudiness and playful freshness.
Style
This Pet-Nat is organic, unfiltered and with zero residual sugar. With only 10.5% alcohol, it is light, refreshing and very easy to drink – almost like a craft beer.
