Description
Integrale PetNat Rosé is made from native organic red grapes grown in the hills of Asolo and Valdobbiadene. Just like the Bianco, it is all about purity and fun. This playful rosé combines the tradition of natural sparkling wine with a modern, fruity and easy-drinking style.
What is Pet-Nat?
Pet-Nat stands for Pétillant Naturel, literally “naturally sparkling.” It is the oldest method of making sparkling wine: the wine is bottled while fermentation is still ongoing. This way, the bubbles develop naturally, without a second fermentation or additives. The result is an unfiltered, lively and pure wine with a light cloudiness and fresh elegance.
Style
This rosé Pet-Nat is organic, unfiltered and with zero residual sugar. With only 10.5% alcohol, it is dry, refreshing and joyfully easy to drink.
