Integrale Prosecco DOC Millesimato – Organic
A tribute to Veneto: elegant, organic and sparkling refined.
Description
The area between Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and Asolo is world-famous for Prosecco. While our main focus is on unfiltered natural wines, we also felt the need to honor this terroir. With respect for tradition and a touch of our own style, we created a Prosecco that is fresh, pure and elegant.
The Glera grapes are hand-harvested in the first ten days of September, slightly before full ripeness. This preserves higher acidity, perfect for sparkling wine. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks (Charmat method, 30 days), giving the wine its refined and elegant bubbles. A touch of residual sugar (11 g/l) adds balance and accessibility without losing freshness.
Style
This organic Prosecco DOC Millesimato is light, lively and versatile. Fruity, fresh and crisp with fine perlage and a clean dry finish.
