Bardolino DOC 2024 | Tenuta la Presa
A fresh and elegant red wine from the hills around Lake Garda.
Description
The Bardolino DOC 2024 is produced in Caprino Veronese, a historic wine area near Lake Garda. It is made from Corvina (70%), Rondinella (20%), and small percentages of Molinara and Sangiovese (10%). Harvested in mid-September, the grapes undergo a cold maceration below 10°C for 5–6 days, followed by fermentation at around 23°C with frequent pump-overs to enhance structure and aromas.
Ageing in stainless steel tanks preserves the wine’s fresh, fruity character.

Food pairing
Ideal with fresh pasta dishes and grilled meats. When served slightly cool, it also pairs beautifully with flavourful fish dishes.
