Description
The Pignoletto Reno Frizzante from Branchini 1858 is a refined and approachable sparkling wine that captures the authentic freshness of the native Pignoletto grape (Grechetto Gentile). Pale straw yellow with subtle green hues, it reveals aromas of citrus, pear, and apple, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle minerality.
On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with an elegant mousse and a fine balance between fruity softness and refreshing acidity. A versatile wine, perfect to enjoy from aperitif to the table.
Vinification & Ageing
The grapes are hand-harvested from late August to early September at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing and static settling, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. The second fermentation follows the Charmat method in autoclave, giving the wine its fine and persistent bubbles.
