An organic Aglianico of elegance, character, and international recognition.
About the wine
Armunìa is produced from 100% Aglianico, organically farmed in the hills of Torrecuso (400 m) on medium-textured clay soils. Vines average 20 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with about 21 days of maceration. The wine then ages 24 months in steel before further refinement in bottle.
