Armunìa | Falanghina del Sannio DOP Taburno (BIO – Organic Certified)
An organic Falanghina of refinement, freshness, and international acclaim.
About the wine
Armunìa is produced from 100% Falanghina, organically farmed in the hills of Torrecuso (350 m) on medium-textured clay soils. Vines average 15 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed whole (without destemming), followed by a short skin maceration. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. The wine ages 10 months on the lees (batonnage) and is refined further in bottle.
