Description

Chardonnay Rubicone IGP 2023 is an expressive white wine that combines elegance with freshness. With its straw-yellow hue and refined fruity aromas, it is a wine that embraces moments of joy and lightness. Rich yet delicate, familiar yet surprisingly unique.

The bouquet reveals notes of apple, pear, peach, and melon. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with lively acidity and a smooth, rounded finish.

Vinification & Aging

Grapes are harvested in late August. After gentle destemming and soft pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Following fermentation, the wine rests on the lees in stainless steel for six months, then further refines for at least three months in bottle before release.
