The wine

Our Creamy Taurasi DOCG shows an elegant ruby-red colour enriched with shades of ripe plum. On the nose, it fascinates with enveloping aromas of cherry and black cherry jam. The palate reveals an intense complexity: spicy wood, dark chocolate and wild blackberry merge into a structured, velvety body. The long and persistent finish, delicately marked by a touch of morello cherry, completes a sophisticated tasting experience.

• Harvest: end of October – early November

• Vinification:

  • Destemmed grapes, maceration for 10 days with pumping over at 25°C

  • Gentle pressing

  • Malolactic fermentation and aging in barrique

• Aging: minimum 1 year in bottle
