A top-quality Nebbiolo from our finest vineyard
Just one hectare of excellence forms this exceptional cru in our hilly Ghemme vineyard. The grapes receive special care: they are separately trained, thinned, harvested, vinified, and aged. The western exposure, combined with its particular microclimate and the ancient clay soil of the upper river terrace enriched by minerals from the Sesia river, produces a unique wine whose complexity and elegance reflect the winemaking expertise of Torraccia del Piantavigna.
