Integrale Prosecco DOC Brut Nature – Organic

Description
The area between Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and Asolo is world-famous for Prosecco. While our main focus is on unfiltered natural wines, we always felt the need to also honor this unique terroir. With respect for tradition and a touch of our own style, we created a Prosecco that is fresh, refined and pure.
The Glera grapes are hand-picked during the first ten days of September, slightly before full ripeness, in order to preserve higher natural acidity – ideal for sparkling wines. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks (Charmat method), giving the wine a fine and elegant perlage.
Style
This organic Prosecco DOC Brut Nature contains zero residual sugar (0 g/l). The result is a dry, crisp and elegant wine with a clean, long finish.
