This Langhe Nebbiolo is the result of careful grape selection and a pursuit of balance and harmony. From the first sip, it reflects the origin and unique character of the region where Nebbiolo thrives.
Origin & Grapes
The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo, grown in our own vineyards within the Barolo production area. Vines are trained using the Guyot system, with an average density of 4,000 plants per hectare. Yield is limited to approximately 1.5 kg per vine through selective thinning of 30% of the clusters, ensuring concentrated and aromatic fruit.

Vinification
Hand-picked grapes are harvested in small 20 kg crates and pressed within a few hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature (~28 °C) with gentle, repeated remontages. Skin maceration lasts on average 150 hours, followed by aging in large oak casks, where spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs.
Aging
12–24 months in large oak casks, resulting in structure, elegance, and soft, refined tannins.
