Bubbles, fine, transparent, golden. Millage is the irreverent and joyful line of sparkling wines, created with the finest grapes from the plains and hills of the Prosecco DOC and DOCG areas.

Vinification

Gentle crushing and very soft pressing. Fermentation carried out with selected yeasts at 15°C. Sparkling process with the Charmat Method at the same controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Bright straw yellow

• Nose: Fresh and intense, with decisive notes of fruit and flowers

• Palate: Fragrant and harmonious, with delicate hints of apple, pear and peach

Pairings

Perfect for a cheerful evening with friends: try it with pizza topped with grilled zucchini and prawns, or porcini mushrooms and fiordilatte.
For a bolder, surprising dinner: bubbles shine with sushi – sea urchin, salmon tartare with flying fish roe, seabream and tuna nigiri, or light tempura of prawns and vegetables.

• Serving temperature: 6–8°C

• Storage: Cool, dark place between 12–18°C. Avoid long refrigeration.
