Vinification

Ripe grapes are gently crushed and softly pressed. White vinification follows, with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C using selected yeasts. The wine is refined in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Intense straw yellow

• Nose: An intense and complex bouquet with ripe pear, wildflowers and a delicate finish of bread crust.

• Palate: Elegant and fine, pleasantly drinkable, fresh and savory with good aromatic persistence.

Pairings

Renowned worldwide for its versatility, it is perfect as an aperitif with light tapas (ideally Venetian cicchetti), gratinated mussels or fried vegetables. At the table, enjoy it with vegetable couscous or a classic fish soup.
