Pinot Grigio “Respiro” is crafted with great care, both in vineyard and winery. The grapes undergo a 24-hour maceration on the skins in the press, which brings out delicate aromas. The wine is then aged 30 days in French oak barriques, adding complexity and subtle hints of vanilla.
