Roseto | Aglianico del Taburno DOCG Rosato
An elegant rosé from the heart of Campania, fresh, floral and gastronomically versatile.
About the wine
Roseto is a refined rosé, crafted entirely from 100% Aglianico grapes grown on clay-rich soils in Torrecuso (350 m a.s.l.). The vines average 15 years of age and are trained in the espalier system with Guyot pruning. Harvesting takes place by hand at the end of September, with grapes carefully collected in small crates.
After gentle pressing of the whole clusters, fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve vibrant fruit aromas and freshness. The wine then ages for several months on the fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, adding depth, creaminess, and balance.
