Description
Sauvignon Rubicone IGP 2024 unites finesse with character. Its straw-yellow color with green reflections reveals a wine of remarkable aromatic intensity. The bouquet displays exotic fruits, vegetal notes, and a hint of mint. On the palate, it is long and harmonious, with vibrant acidity that enhances freshness and energy.
A Sauvignon that is both gentle and incisive — an elegant protagonist of a persistent taste experience.
Vinification & Aging
Harvest takes place in the second week of September, once the ideal balance of sugars and acidity is reached. After gentle pressing and static decantation, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 12–14°C.
The wine remains on the lees until March, with bâtonnage to keep the lees in suspension, adding complexity and structure. Bottling follows.
