The alchemy between climate and fertile soils, shaped by the alluvial deposits of the Piave river, allows Merlot to fully express the typical aromas of this variety.

Vinification
After soft destemming and crushing, the must macerates for 15 days at a temperature of 23–25°C. Refinement follows in stainless steel tanks and then for several months in oak barrels.

Color: Ruby red with violet reflections

Nose: Cherry, sour cherry and raspberry, enhanced by pleasant spicy notes from oak aging

Palate: Smooth and velvety, dry and full-bodied, with a persistent, slightly herbaceous finish
Pairings
Soft and harmonious, it is a perfect all-meal wine. Pairs beautifully with porcini mushroom cappellacci, pumpkin cream with crispy bacon, sliced beef on arugula, or a delicious oven-roasted porchetta.
