Albino Piona – Passito Rabitta IGT
Refined sweet wine from 100% Garganega, long-dried and oak-aged
Vinification
Careful hand-harvesting of the grapes in plateaux for drying. This is followed by a long drying process lasting 5 months. The must is then pressed to extract it. The must undergoes careful cold decantation, followed by alcoholic fermentation in new 500-liter tonneaux and aging in tonneaux for 24 months. Bottle aging for at least 12 months.

Taste: Velvety, rich and full-bodied, perfectly balanced between sweetness and fresh acidity. Long, elegant finish with hints of almonds and spices

Vineyards
All grapes come from the estate’s own vineyards. The vineyards are cultivated in the most suitable areas of the appellation, varying in altitude, exposure, and microclimate. Espalier – 5,000 vines/ha.
