In the Vineyard
Cuvée 22 is born from a meticulous selection of 22 Chardonnay crus, chosen for their altitude, soil composition, vineyard age, sun exposure, and grape ripeness—each contributing to the authentic expression of Franciacorta terroir. By vinifying each cru separately, our oenologists can highlight their distinctive character and ensure the highest quality.
In the Cellar
Each cru undergoes cold fermentation and refines on the noble lees. The final blend is crafted by our Chef de Cave Luigi Bersini, who also oversees the re-fermentation in bottle and the delicate maturation process. This philosophy enhances both freshness and complexity.
